I bought "non returnable" men's chino pants.The pants arrived fast, properly packaged and in new condition. However the color was advertised as Tan. The pants are olive green. I contacted the seller and they were quick to refund my money and said to keep the pants. I can't use the olive pants but will donate them to charity. I would have given the seller a 5 if they just allowed me to return the pants. They went well beyond what they had to do. I thank them for their 5* service.
