Item folded in half so came very creasy, Size smaller than described and on the label. It is reasonably cheap but still should not be posted in such way.

Was described as brand new and sealed and its its own carry case. It was neither of these things, is just came wrapped in a plastic mail bag which was ripped. Raised a ticket with seller who tried to reassure me it was brand new and offered me 5 different partial "good will" refunds to keep the item but refused as there was pet and human hair on the duvet along with dust and i refuse to believe its brand new. I sent the duvet back and got a full refund in the end.
