shipping was very fast and the item arrived safely, and that's the end of anything good i have to say. this chair is a piece of junk and i would have been mad if i paid $30. over $100 for this trash is highway robbery. most of the wheels have improperly trimmed plastic housing that doesnt let them turn at all. the height adjustment just quits outright and sends you back down to the lowest setting. "adjustable" headrest is broken. many annoying creaks already!! im not even a big person!

Exactly as described. Though promised date of arrival was incorrect. It actually came TWO DAYS EARLIER THAN EXPECTED. Had the mattress in a box 1 week now and it is still difficult to get me out of bed. Like sleeping on a cloud!!!! Do yourself a favour and buy from this seller. I certainly know I shall. By the way, by being a member of eBay plus you don’t have to pay any postage. AND I’ve saved over $120.00 on purchases for my membership year.
