    If there were ten stars available to rate this book, I'd give the entire ten. I'd read this book before years ago but when I read it recently it was just as if I'd read it for the first time. Great book! Very entertaining! Surely I'd read it again.

    This is the best of the best!

    I've read, and own, every one of Moning's books, and can't wait for the next one, but this is my favorite. I'm sorry that Adam Black won't be around to make his mischief in Moning's future books. He was quite a character. But this is the love story to end all love stories. Being Fae he's everything Gabby's heard about him. He's arrogant,lethally sexy and downright dangerous. But he's also charming, funny and terribly romantic and won't give her a minutes peace. They have their fun and their frights as they flee the evil unseelie hunters. They do get help from some Druid friends you might remember from previous books. But in the end, with the help of the Fairy Queen, Adam wins his lady love and they do live happily ever after.

    the immortal highlander by karen marie moning

    ok, i don't have the book for this one on hand, so i can't give a summary, however, this is adams book you know him as he has appeared in a small way in most of the highlander books. and he did a good deed and his queen is mad at him, so she pretends to punish him by making him mortal and invisible. but he can be seen by gabby. i think this book and the spell have the SLOWEST STARTS of the series and can drive a person crazy................ but again once they get going,,,,,,,,, and the characters figure out what they have to do and actually get to their destination . then all is good,

    Highlander series, book 6

    This whole series, all 6 of the Highland series from Karen Marie Moning was by far some of the best, most delicious reading I have ever had the pleasure of. I so wish she would write more in this series. This book, The Immortal Highlander was the crowning glory of the series, and made perfect sense that this book, as well as these characters was the final book. If you like Scottish historical romance, time travel, the Fae and other worldly magic, you will LOVE this series! Now, please, please, write more!
