Communication was prompt, and they offered to do a refund. I love the piece, and although it was broken, it can be fixed with a little super glue.     pics are deceiving

    its a great product, but 705 knex pieces is not as much as you would think. A big box came in the mail, then got about a ziplock sized bag of knex at the bottom of it. the pic is way off from what you get. definitely not full.
