This was one of three packages ordered which arrived cut open, presumably by customs. I was not happy to use it for health safety concerns so asked for a new pack or a refund. They immediately responded and sent a new pack of tea. It was meant to be a Xmas present and sadly did not arrive in time but neither issue was the companies fault. Great tea at a great price and great response to the problem. Thank you, have used company many times and will continue to do so. Happy New Year.
