    CONVECTION OVEN COOKERY

    Fairly good book, some of the recipes are on the wild side. It has a good selection though to gauge from for cooking more normal meals. It has the needed helpful hints. No pictures of meals. The paper of the cook book is not the slick kind what you would want for a book like this.

    It includes conversion of recipes to convection, helpful hints, and a variety of reciptes. It's also a compact size.
