When the laptop arrived, it had serious problems. Among other things, the keyboard would freeze up every 10 minutes or so. I finally found that freezing would toggle on and off with Ctrl key. The seller offered to take it back, either foe a refund, or a replacement. Asa a third option, he offered to talk me through attempting a fix. I was skeptical, but gave it a try. I was amazed, but it worked.
It is now working flawlessly. I highly recommend this seller.
