I first saw this film on the big screen when it came out. Awesome film! Accurate details in the Mexican/American life during the 50s. Great portrayal and great music. Soundtrack is awesome, too! I can watch this film over and over again. Valens died in a Plane crash along with The Big Bopper (Shantilly Lace) and Buddy Holly (That'll Be The Day, Peggy Sue, ...
