This was what I wrote from the messages: Were you able to cancel it? I won't send it, but it's not letting me cancel the order... Click on your order number above, go to the 'more actions' drop down menu and cancel order... That should work. That does not sound like me refusing, but you could have cancelled it. Why didn't you?
