Seller used obvious fraudulent postage mark. Post office charged me for fraudulent stamp and postage fees. Tried to reclaim from seller who sent back fees by PayPal but I lost part of payment in PayPal fees. Returned fees to seller and then I tried to reclaim the whole amount through ebay who said it was outside of their control. How ridiculous. I wish I hadn’t bothered paying the postage to get the item. Seller nice enough but stamp was so obviously fake.
