I purchased two leather phone holders on 15.01.24 and they delivered the wrong size holders on 15.02.24. After many messages trying to get the correct ones I open a case. The seller after many attempts of offering me a partial refund said that if I close the case they will send me the correct holders. I closed the case and 6 weeks later I have no new phone holders and the seller will not provide a tracking number. This a bad seller. no refund either.
