The level broke after one use. Since still under warranty, I asked the seller for their return address (I pay return shipping). No address was provided. Instead, the seller wrote "no need to return, a replacement item would be sent out to me". After MANY messages and MUCH time passing, I still have not received my replacement level, or just the part that is defective & not working (no light). They keep making excuses while continuing to sell the same item. I am not happy! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
