- o***l (23)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchase1. received "delivered" notice, but no package. 2. got another notice - DIFFERENT tracking label- says "still to be delivered", (did I purchased TWO razors by mistake?) so I had to hunt thru my purchase confirmations to see if that was so. (it wasn't) 3. finally order was delivered WITH A PART MISSING, (and because the instructions are in a foreign language) cant tell what part that is. However, due to pictures, I think it's an oil bottle. not unhappy but disturbed at the eff-ups.Follow-up from: o***l- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.also realize that the problem is with DHS shipping, and not the seller. (have had numerous issues with DHS un -elated to this seller) also checked on this item, many other purchasers from diff sites have noticed missing oil bottle, so again this does not reflect on the seller, who is great.

The packaging appears to be factory packaging, just had a label put on the outside so I can’t say anything positive or negative about it for the vendor. It did seem as though it was coming by carrier pigeon, cause it took so long, but that was also partially the post office‘s fault because it went on a roundabout adventure all over my state before I came to my house.
