    I received the item and the shipping box was all dented, ripped and broken up. When I put power to the hitting machine, it didn't work. I had to open it up and it looked like someone had glued a piece together inside of it. All of this was never stated in the description. And I tried to get a hold of the seller via email and have never heard from him since.

    I've seen working pitching machines with pieces welded back together and other machines with duct tape wrapped around it, but I've never heard of a machine not working because of glue. Customer contacted me that the machine didn't work. They could have returned it at my expense, but they didn't. They claimed the machine was broken so I can refund them the money and still keep the machine. I suppose the negative feedback is because they found glue on a working pitching machine.
