Picture was packaged poorly and came completely destroyed. It was framed with glass and packaged with just cardboard. No newspaper, No bubble wrap, nothing to secure the picture. Communication was ok and I was also refunded but less than what I paid when asking for the full amount. I wouldn't recommend buying anything fragile from this seller.

The buyer AGREED to a partial refund, hoping to get the item repaired or reframed. We've shipped hundreds of similar items, and almost never have a problem unless the carrier is very rough, which unfortunately can't be prevented.     Great product!

    I am a personal assistant for a woman who has vision issues and this cassette recorder was the perfect thing for her to dictate things for me to type up for her and I’m so glad to have found it. We have purchased others in the past and even tried digital but this one has been the most user friendly for her and I. A couple of the tapes that came with it were bad (most likely just age and wear) but I wasn’t really purchasing for the extra tapes and more so for the simplicity of it and tapes are surprisingly relatively easy to come by and is really the least of my worries.
