      I had a misunderstanding point on delivery from my side, but now is going to be delivered.

      But that's only your fault...the package was delivered to the pickup location on January 5th. The letter carrier also tried 4 times to deliver the parcel to your address. But you weren't there. Also you have not picked up the parcel in 20 days, although the tracking was provided and is easily verifiable even here on ebay. In the end the parcel was sent back.
