A very little thing, but an important one: one the posts was missing the tiny set screw that holds it on to the plate. I was able to find a small screw that works as a replacement -- it sticks out but in the location I'm using it, that doesn't matter. This is not enough to be worth returning the item or even asking for them to send me a new set screw (for all I know they would have been happy to send me one). I would, however, buy it again as I imagine this doesn't normally happen. Otherwise, the holder is exactly as one would expect. Looks fine and works perfectly well for its purpose.

This works in a pinch. The part that screws into the wall is metal but the tube is sliver painted plastic. It states it comes with a template but it doesn’t. The replacement didn’t either. I had to look online and print one out which was easy enough. Once I had the template it was a breeze to install. It’s sturdy and will probably last.
