These are designed to hold up in the extremes of dormant freeze thaw cycle winter conditions, unlike standard terracotta which will crack & disintegrate. They come with a large drainage hole for proper air exchange in the rootball, tie-down holes, & in a number of convenient sizes. Good communication & packing. 5 Star +!!
