Item as described. Shipping was decent for the size of the item. Packaging could be much better. Thin cardboard and only protective foam around the tanks. The core had some minor imperfections. Wouldn’t call this damage, but there are a good bit of fins rolled over that I will need to run a fin comb through to straighten out.
