A block of timber underneath for a greater sense of stability and a length of non-slip carpet on top has made it the unexpected preferred entry to the house for elderly pets when not needed for the wheelchair.

There was no issue at all and they offered a cheaper rate if I wanted to keep the item but I asked for a replacement. The seller replied that they would review the matter within two days and on the Monday they organised to send me another unit.
