The seller's excuse was that it was unscrewed by customs, which is improbable has customs open boxes for a high level inspection but never unscrew the goods. Seller offered free shipping in the next purchase, which does not solve the issues of the broken model. This is my first negative feedback in over 20 yearsReply from: gto288tw- Feedback replied by seller gto288tw.- Feedback replied by seller gto288tw.The model was just taken from AUTOart carton box as factory-sealed item before shipment, and we checked everything was fitting proper, including screws (we have camera records to prove), so we can 100% make sure the car was new with no issues at our side. That's why we suggested the package was opened by Custom and they didn't put it back properly (in fact, this happened several times before)
