    One sweater arrived with defective sleeves, 3/4 sleeves instead of full length and if I wanted a full refund, I had to pay to ship it back which cost more then the sweater. Ridiculous. How can you possibly send out defective merchandise but not offer to refund money or allow returns?!

    We did offer you a refund and emailed you a return label to return the sweater but you never sent the item back. Our policy do offer returns since it is stated in the listing. It was 3/4 sleeve on you because your arms are longer. Very sorry you are not satisfied but it is not nice to post false comments. Thank you.
