The goods were delivered well packaged. The seller 'mmou022' was very prompt in answering queries and redressing problems. The initial unit, delivered on Dec 04, 2023,was not working well to connect the external 3.5" HDD via USB. The seller sent a replacement unit (without asking for the first one to be returned). The second unit arrived on Dec 16, 2023, and is working fine. Thank you and Thumbs up to the seller.
