Having had really positive and helpful email conversations with the seller which resulted in a positive outcome I have revised my rating.
The seller contacted the delivery courier in the UK (Everi) and encouraged them to get on with their job and actually deliver the the headlight protector.
The courier eventually did.
Everi are not a reliable courier service!
The headlight protector fits perfectly on my Yamaha Tenere 700.
