    Great communication but needed to be. The courier messed up the packaging and so it was sent back to the sender as damaged, significantly delaying delivery but I was kept in the loop. Sender on receipt immediately reposted the item via Royal Mail packaging the original package in yet more packaging to the extent that it would probably survive a nuclear attack! Thank you so much for your efforts and I'm gussing that you might give Yodel a miss next time.
