He tenido que pagar gastos de aduana al recibir el artículo en ESPAÑA y contactando con él antes de realizar la compra no avisó del gasto adicional, ni tampoco en la información del artículo y envío, ya que, el paquete lo envía desde Tenerife, además de que la bomba recibida, viene en una caja de cartón genérica y no en su embalaje original y en la carcasa de plástico de la bomba, se aprecia que viene rascada en 2 sitios, como para querer borrar alguna referencia, por lo que no sé si es ORIGINAL

Lamento señor que esta sea su experiencia pero déjeme detallar varios puntos.
En cuanto a los gastos aduaneros, usted era conocedor de ello ya que se lo dije por mensaje privado y le expliqué que estos no dependen de nosotros los vendedores, ya que en ocasiones al enviar desde Canarias se aplican y otras veces no. Nuestros repuestos son completamente originales de VDO y nuevos, además poseo fotos de la bomba que a usted se le envió y esta iba en su caja original y sin defectos.
