      Unable to accurately give information regarding parts, doesn't want to be liable for anything, perhaps don't sell stuff then........ Even had cheek to deduct money for open packaging.

      Customer originally messaged to ask which aftermarket lever was better, i explained most are just an exact copy of OEM, he seemed to take this as me side stepping responsibility, not sure how! Customer purchased lever, removed from packaging and said it didn't fit, implying the packaging was incorrect. Lever came back marked and without usable packaging, refund was given. Have sold plenty of these gear levers with no hassle which speaks for itself.
