My radio is an iHome with a 30 pin plugin. I don’t have very many devices with that type of charging. That’s why I bought this item. But when I plugged this adapter into the radio and plugged my iPhone 8 into it, the phone didn’t connect properly. I now think it’s the radio, not the adapter. So, once the radio dies, I will go look for a radio with either a 30 pin or lightning cable plug in, and test this adapter with my iPhone 8 to see if THAT radio will charge properly my Apple devices. Thanks!
