      Design issue.

      A correction to the design of the pipe channel should have a "V" channel as opposed to the existing "U" channel. The flat at the bottom of the "U" channel, sometimes causes a flat on the pipe, when bending. This flat closes the pipe's interior, weakening the pipe and pinching off or inhibiting the flow of liquid through it. This negates the purpose of the tool.       Copper bender

      This product absolutely will not bend 3/8 copper without kinking/ bending it flat. On a high note it at least wasn't expensive, so not a major loss. 10/10 would not recommend this tool.
