While the seller wrapped and packaged the item very well, the mouth was broken upon opening it. Communication was prompt, and they offered to do a refund. I love the piece, and although it was broken, it can be fixed with a little super glue. The item was WELL wrapped in large bubble wrap, so the seller did their due diligence to ensure safe packaging.
