I received the item which was described BUT, it was actually in even better condition than was described in the listing; in fact, it looks NEW. Additionally, the laptop was very carefully packed and well protected. Although I initially had some problems with my order, the seller was extremely attentive and resolved the problem immediately with Great Communication!!!!
