And when it did not arrive, I checked the tracking to learn the parcel was being returned to the seller. This is when I contacted the seller to learn the parcel was returned because it was sent to the wrong address. I then received another email advising the payment has been refunded. The item was a birthday present for my granddaughter which was to be held on Tuesday 9. 1. 2024.

The customer service was phenomenal. Had the pleasure of dealing with Yasmin who was lovely and on the ball. Ordered my sons birthday present a couple days before his party as a few of his gifts were stolen through another seller so I was stressed out my son wouldn't have enough presents.
