Seller posted item through australia post and they say delivered into locked mailbox. However the seeds were not in mail box and absolutely nothing I can do with australia post .
My lesson learned.
HAVE ANY ITEM SENT CERTIFIED MAIL. THAT WAY YOU SIGN FOR IT AND GET IT
