Received the Ornament in a timely manner. However, there was no box. OK with that because the photo only showed the ornament, and the price was good. The problem was when tested the ornament the lights worked but there is no sound. I tried contacting seller prior to purchase, because as a Star Trek collector, there are a lot of used ornaments out there that are defective, but the seller's contact page was disabled, so I took a flyer on it. The seller later did offer a refund. Neutral Rating.
