He said it didn't come with instructions so he went online and found a video. It was exceedingly easy. Just pop out the old sill and kick panels on each side, and also the glove box on the passenger side, connect the connectors and snap it in. Needed only a screwdriver to pop out the panels. He loves it!!

Installation required patience, trying to discover where to plug in the connector. I had to watch a couple of YouTube videos and fish around because the connection is tucked way up in a corner. But installation is quick once you find the prewire connector.

I removed the old wiper and the new one fit exactly as promised. This was a bit cheaper than the advertised Subaru genuine part. Let us see how it holds up in the Southern California climate.
