Fast, friendly hassle free transaction, although there was a lot of chasing the item up as it ended up with a different tracking number and ended up being delivered to a parcel collection centre at aus post in Wollongong as it couldn't be delivered. It was eventually sent to aramex at unanderra who after interaction by aus post, it was finally re addressed to the correct address.

I order 4 items and only one in the pack and the king size goose down ambigously does not show the gsm that I pay higher price for and the 700 gsm goose down comforter duvet was completely missing from the package. Prior communication was sent to the seller to ensure the package would arrive at the estimated date and the package was delayed for over 10 days and the item was not as described and purposely left ambiguous, the seller has not yet provided a full refund.
