The description needs to be more detailed with regard to usage. It is not clear enough, that this item needs a Smartphone - Android or iPhone - to be used, as it requires the means to download the software, via a QR Code. I have been unable to use the item, due to not being able to download the software. The mount is also limited in flexibility, so I would be unable to use it as intended.

Item that arrived was not what was shown in the photo. It was scratched and the box was crushed. I had to l start a claim back with eBay as the seller took 6 days to reply to me. I have received a refund now though, but it was a gift for someone so I was very disappointed!
