Great customer service. Good communication, answered all my questions. Postage was confusing. They need to use a better delivery company. Free to one address in Sydney but a charge for a different suburb in Sydney. No logic to that at all. Then it was delivered on its end in full view of the public, just inside the gate. NOT GOOD!!! The doll is advertised with dimensions that do not match the product. It is smaller. I requested a refund & received it after posting the doll back (free postage).
