The item arrived not as pictured or described. Be aware that this lamp is not 'brand new', it is in fact hand made (which is totally fine if listed as such). There were a number of defects on the item when it arrived, and when I messaged the seller, they ignored me, until I decided to get eBay involved. In their credit, they decided to issue me a partial refund, but this was after some back and forth.
