No problems with the item itself, which was as described, but I was rather let down by the tracking. First I was told it would arrive by 7 p.m. on 26th April, so I changed my plans for the afternoon, but it didn't in fact arrive until the evening of 1st May. Also with this courier, unlike others, I wasn't allowed to divert the parcel or leave alternative delivery instructions, so had to be ready to answer the door at any point during a 3 hour slot.

Seller stated it was sent the day I ordered it. This was a lie as it wasn’t taken to Evri for a week. I messaged the seller numerous times but was totally ignored. No shelf life date on the product & it was grey not sand colored as claimed. Will never use this bad seller again.
