However, it did arrive bent, but I think it was the shipper’s fault. I was able to put it back into shape and all is well.

The item only partially works. The palmrest was received with a faulty touchpad. Contacted the Seller twice, with no response. As a PC Tech, I was able to use the touchpad from the original palmrest and am able to use the palmrest. The Seller should have at least responded and maybe offered a partial refund. But, the fact the Seller has not ever responded and/or acknowledged this issue is TERRIBLE customer service. Buyers beware - if you get a faulty part, you're on your own.
