8/10. good quality/comfy chair with good lumbar support (however adjustability of headrest and lumbar is limited compared to more expensive ergonomic chairs). one chair arm was backwards, thus i had to unscrew one of the arms all the way in order to flip it and reassemble it. has foot rest that slides from under the chair which is innovative/useful/comfortable. good for posture. thank you so much.

Exactly as described. Though promised date of arrival was incorrect. It actually came TWO DAYS EARLIER THAN EXPECTED. Had the mattress in a box 1 week now and it is still difficult to get me out of bed. Like sleeping on a cloud!!!! Do yourself a favour and buy from this seller. I certainly know I shall.
