Had to chase them constantly for updates. As the error was there’s you would have thought that in the interest of ‘Customer Relations’ they would be proactive in updating rather than being reactive.
Kept me waiting for weeks, offered a higher model but would have to pay more for it.
I opted for the refund option. - Never again based on communication levels when they clearly made the initial mistake shipping the wrong item

Do not get scammed by this Company. They replace original Apple batteries with non-genuine parts. I should have gone with a Seller with a better rating. I am doing my part to save you the hassle of contacting them and regretting you bought A Phone with non-genuine parts. If anyone needs proof, send me a direct message. I can show you screenshots of them accepting they replaced the original parts. Again. Don’t get scammed.
