The hat I received completely smelled of cig smoke! Literally, when I cut the box open, all I got was a horrific whiff of smoke. I contacted the seller and let him know my frustration. He was then extremely defensive and actually blamed this STRONG cig smoke odor on my mailman! Then he offered a refund but at that pt, the box and hat were in the trash. It’s not about $, it’s about his lack of professionalism and accountability. He should advertise his products come from a smoking residence.

Yes I did say that maybe it was the mailman but this customer is making it out more than it even is…..
I did offer the customer free returns and I would of refunded him no problem he chose not to customer just wanted to give someone bad feedback also the customer is not a verified user for anyone who don’t want to deal with this person have a great day…..
