Great service! Sadly, two of the six bottles I ordered arrived damaged with their liquid contents having soaked the box. The other four bottles were fine. I took photos of the unopened box as well as the contents upon opening and sent them and a message to seller. Within 10 minutes she responded and issued me a refund for the two damaged/leaked bottles. Couldn't ask for a better seller and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase here again. I assumed the item was new and it was not. When I opened it, it was missing the extra stylet. There’s a slot for it under the compartment for the tweezers, and it was not there. I contacted the seller and the seller never responded. I also provided a picture of it. So I literally have to purchase extra stylets. This is very disappointing. I recommend not leaving a positive review for this seller until you throughly checked your items purchased from this seller. Besides that the unit works fine.
