The seller claims in their first message after ordering, please contact us if any issues before contacting EBay. Then you receive your lampshade and it was too small. They wanted me to return the shade back to China costing me more than I paid for the shade. When I addressed this with the seller their comment was “I’m sorry my dear friend would you like a HUG!!! Seriously rude communication and no refund till received in China. Thank you Ebay for stepping in.
