    This has to be one of the best workout DVDs I have ever done. I can't go to the gym at the moment because of lockdown but this DVD is SERIOUSLY keeping me in shape. I am doing it four times a week and I even contemplated not going back to the gym when it reopens because of this DVD (and Deanne's Clubland workout is also excellent). The warm up section is great, the two dance routines are brilliant, I really like the body weight exercises she does in the body conditioning (bums and tums) part, and the cool down is also great. You get a whole workout with this that keeps me in shape and it is also REALLY fun. And the music goes really well with all the moves. I really cannot recommend this DVD more. Thanks so much Deanne! You now have a new life-long fan! John :D

    A great workout, sure to have you sweating!

    This is a fantastic workout DVD. Deanne Berry is brilliant at what she does. There are several sections so you can choose what you want to go, or just go all the way through. The music is great. There are some tough moves and at times you may want to give up but the music and commentary keep you going! The chill out section I do find pretty boring but it does relax me and I never have any pains the next day. Highly recommended.

    A good workout and does the trick if you keep at it.

    I'm not experienced on the subject of fitness DVD's, but I got this and another ministry of sound DVD so I could excercise at home and it does the trick. The routines feel a little fast at first, but once you have done it a few times it becomes a lot easier to keep up. It's a good over all body workout and is definitely helping me to tone up and lose weight. I would recommend.
