Glasses arrived wonderfully protected in their packaging, no moving about in the shipping box was possible. Shipping cost listed was actual cost seller had to pay, no padding the number. Seller also included a hand-written card thanking me for supporting her small business. THAT was a nice touch! And of course the glasses were in the wonderful condition promised in the auction. This is a fantastic, honest seller!

My purchase arrived promptly and in perfect condition. The seller indicated in the description that the boxes were somewhat distressed and included a photo. This was no issue but i was glad for the heads up. She also included a lovey card with a handwritten thank you note. I so very much appreciated this. I am using these lovely dishes for our two cats- they deserve Spode as well for the Holidays!
