    Very easy to communicate with the seller. The vase was packaged to protest it, but it could have used a bit more so it wouldn't knock around. Thankfully it was not injured. I feel that if the price had been $34.65 and the shipping $10 I would have purchased it the first time I saw it. All in all a good experience..
